Henrietta — Ross Fry, 84, of Henrietta, Texas, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018.

 

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Henrietta, Texas. A Masonic burial will be in Hope Cemetery in Henrietta under the direction of Davis Funeral Home in Henrietta.

 

Ross was born on September 2, 1933 in Shannon, Texas to J.W. and Ella Mae (Whitsitt) Fry. He married Barbara Roper on March 28, 1955 in Clayton, New Mexico. Ross was a retired Chief Tax Appraiser. Ross was a 50 year member of the Henrietta Lodge #454 and served as the Deputy Grand Master Masion.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoopie and Mae Fry; son, Stephen Fry; brother, Bob Fry.

 

Survivors include his wife Barbara of Henrietta; two daughters, Tami Nauyokas and husband Bud of Heath, Texas, and Connie Romines and husband Dobie of Henrietta; son, Mike Fry and wife Susan of Sachse, Texas; grandchildren, Zachary Romines, Branton Romines, Jeromy Nauyokas, Jori Prater, Shelby Fry, and Mickey Fry; sister, Sue Parrish of Sulpher, Louisiana; great-grandchildren, Reagan Romines, Natalie Romines, Ross Romines, Bentley Romines, Callie Romines, Ryah Prater, Gia Prater, Malia Prater, Harper Nauyokas.

 

The family will be at Davis Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6-7 p.m.
